I spent 20+ years inside high-pressure B2B technology environments — leading sales teams, managing global enterprise clients, carrying multimillion-dollar revenue responsibility, and earning repeated recognition for performance and leadership.

Through complex sales cycles, travel, quarter-end pressure, and constant context switching, meditation became a practical way to meet pressure more skillfully and return to Calm, Clarity, and Creativity (C3) when stakes were real.
