Executive Reset Lab
A 3-hour live workshop that trains leaders to notice pressure earlier and choose how they lead. One private online 1:1 per leader included.
The Executive Reset Lab is a 3-hour live workshop with one private online 1:1 per leader. It trains your team to notice pressure earlier, pause before they react, and choose how they lead — before difficult conversations, major decisions, and high-stakes meetings.

The Pressure Problem
The leadership day does not slow down. Back-to-back meetings, charged conversations, rapid context switching, and high-stakes decisions ask leaders to bring their best to every room they enter.
You don’t lose your leadership skills under pressure. Pressure narrows access — to presence, judgment, creativity, and the recovery the next moment needs.
Body, thinking, and emotion move before you have words for them.
Leaders can become more certain, more rushed, or less available to nuance.
Options shrink. The next move feels more forced.
One difficult moment can carry into the next conversation, decision, or meeting.
Meditation trains one move: attention drifts, you notice, you come back. The Executive Reset Lab turns that move into a four-step loop leaders run inside the workday — Notice, Pause, Choose, Re-enter. It’s meditation, done in a meeting.
The goal isn’t to remove pressure. It’s to notice it earlier, open a gap between the impulse and what you do, choose how you want to lead, and carry that choice into the next conversation, decision, or meeting.
Leaders do not need another demand on the calendar.
They need a reset they can use inside the calendar they already have.

The Framework
Under pressure, leaders do not usually need more information. They need better access to the state that lets them use what they already know.
At the Choose step, leaders pick how they want to lead: Calm, Clarity, or Creativity. You don’t have to feel calm to choose Calm.
Calm — Don’t react yet. Let the moment land before you respond.
Clarity — Name what’s actually being decided.
Creativity — Challenge the fixed assumption. Widen the options.
Evidence Context
Leadership pressure is rising. The Executive Reset Lab trains leaders to notice their pressure pattern earlier and come back to how they want to lead — before the next sentence.

The Founder
A leadership system built for real corporate pressure.

Meditation gave me a steadier way to meet pressure, setbacks, and complexity. I built The Corporate Meditator™ so leaders can regain access to their best thinking, judgment, and leadership when the pressure is live.

Marcelo Weiss
Founder, The Corporate Meditator™
32 years of meditation practice
Marcelo created The Corporate Meditator™ after 20+ years inside high-pressure B2B technology environments — leading sales teams, managing global enterprise clients, carrying revenue responsibility, and navigating constant pressure, travel, and context switching. He has also worked across five startups, where the pressure of building, leading, and wearing many hats became deeply familiar.
With 32 years of meditation practice, he built the Lab to make meditation practical for leaders: not a separate wellness activity, but a trained response they can use inside a busy leadership calendar.
“Marcelo brings calm to the room and has a passion for helping you bring more calm to your work life.”

FAQ
Practical details about the Executive Reset Lab, what leaders practice, and how the tools fit inside a demanding leadership calendar.
It is a practical leadership-development workshop built on meditation. Meditation is the training. Leadership is the arena. The Lab trains leaders to notice pressure earlier, pause before they react, and regain access to Calm, Clarity, and Creativity (C3) inside real leadership moments.
The Lab trains the Return Loop — Notice, Pause, Choose, Re-enter — and the C3 framework: Calm, Clarity, and Creativity. Leaders practice two tools built for moments the leadership day already has: the C3 Check-In, which reads where you stand before you walk in, and the 2-Minute Reset, a short meditation that trains the pause.
No. The Executive Reset Lab is designed for both first-time participants and experienced practitioners. The practices are practical, secular, and taught without requiring a particular posture, a perfectly quiet mind, or previous meditation experience.
Small on purpose. A C3 Check-In takes about 20 seconds. The 2-Minute Reset takes two minutes — at the start of the day, between meetings, or at the close. Nothing new goes on the calendar. The practice fits the day; the day never has to fit the practice.
The standard format includes a three-hour live workshop, one private online 1:1 session for each participant, and access to the C3 Companion App. The workshop trains the tools live. The private 1:1 applies them to a real pressure moment in each leader’s own calendar.
The 1:1 is diagnostic, not a lesson. We look at where the practice held, where it was forgotten, and what got in the way. Each leader leaves with one resized rep — smaller if needed, never bigger. It’s a focused practice-design conversation, not therapy or open-ended coaching.
The C3 Companion App keeps the tools accessible after the workshop. Participants can run guided practices, complete C3 Check-Ins, capture real leadership reps, and revisit the tools introduced in the Lab. The app supports the practice; it does not replace the workshop or the private 1:1.
They can when they are matched to the right moment and repeated consistently. A short Check-In may help a leader notice that listening has narrowed before a difficult conversation. A 2-Minute Reset may keep the previous meeting from playing the next one. The claim is not that a short practice removes organizational pressure. It can create enough access to change the next sentence, decision, or response.
Yes. The Executive Reset Lab can be delivered onsite or offsite for a leadership team or cohort of up to 10 participants. The examples and facilitated discussion can be tailored to the team’s operating environment and most relevant pressure moments.
The Lab is the focused entry point: the full loop, two core tools, live practice, and one private follow-up. The full Corporate Meditator™ System goes further — two workshops, four private checkpoints, a broader toolkit, and sustained application across planned moments, transitions, and live pressure. It is also available as a six-week live online format.
No. The Lab is practical, secular leadership development. Meditation is taught as attention training: placing attention, noticing when it moves, and returning deliberately. The experience is not therapy, medical treatment, psychological treatment, or crisis support. Participants may engage at their own pace.
