Who we are

The Corporate Meditator™ is a leadership development program operated by Corporate Meditator, LLC. Our website is corporatemeditator.com. Our C3 Practice Companion app is at c3.corporatemeditator.com.

What information we collect and why

1. Website analytics

We use Google Analytics (Google LLC) to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics collects your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time on page, and referral source. This data is aggregated and used to improve the site. Google may process this data on servers in the United States.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

2. Consult scheduling

When you schedule a consultation, you use SavvyCal (SavvyCal, Inc.), an embedded scheduling tool. SavvyCal collects your name, email address, and any information you enter during booking. SavvyCal's privacy policy governs how they handle that data: savvycal.com/privacy.

3. Callback request form

If you submit a callback request through our website, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any message you include. This data is submitted to a Google Apps Script endpoint and stored in a connected Google Sheet accessible only to us. We use it solely to respond to your request.

4. Pressure Pattern Check

If you complete the 60-Second Pressure Pattern Check and choose to receive your results by email, we collect your email address, optional first name, and your pattern result. This is stored in our database. We use it to send you your results and, if you consent, occasional relevant communications from The Corporate Meditator™. We use Resend (Resend, Inc.) to deliver the results email.

Completing the Pressure Pattern Check does not require submitting an email address. You can view your result without providing any contact information.

5. C3 Practice Companion app

The C3 Practice Companion at c3.corporatemeditator.com is provided to program participants. The app stores practice data — check-in scores, reset logs, and tool usage — in our database, associated with your coaching access code. This data is used to support your practice and is accessible to your program facilitator, Marcelo Weiss. It is not shared with your employer or any third party without your consent.

6. Program participant communications

If you become a program participant, we may collect additional information you share during workshops or coaching checkpoints. That information is used solely to deliver and support your program experience. Coaching content is confidential and is not shared with your employer or any organizational sponsor unless you explicitly request otherwise.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to consult requests and callback inquiries
• Deliver the Pressure Pattern Check results you requested
• Support your participation in The Corporate Meditator™ program
• Understand how our website is being used so we can improve it
• Send program-related communications to participants

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except as described in this policy.

Third-party services we use

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf.

Data retention

• Analytics data: retained per Google Analytics default settings (up to 26 months).
• Callback form submissions: retained in Google Sheets until manually deleted. We delete submissions that did not result in an engagement within 12 months.
• Pressure Pattern Check leads: retained in our database for up to 24 months, or until you request deletion.
• C3 app practice data: retained for the duration of your program engagement and for up to 12 months after your final checkpoint, after which it is deleted.
• Coaching and program notes: retained by Marcelo Weiss for professional reference in accordance with reasonable business practice.

Your rights

You may contact us at any time to:

• Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications
• Ask questions about how your data is used

To make any of these requests, email sales@corporatemeditator.com. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under the GDPR or UK GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies placed by Google Analytics to track usage patterns. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies from social media platforms.

You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of some site features.

Children

Our website and services are intended for business professionals and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the personal information we hold. Our database applies industry-standard security controls. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. If you have concerns about a specific data interaction, please contact us.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on the site. Continued use of our website or services after a policy change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
