Created by Marcelo Weiss after 20+ years in high-pressure B2B technology leadership and a 32-year personal meditation practice, the program translates contemplative training into a practical leadership skill — not a wellness add-on.
The current system combines two half-day workshops, four private 1:1 checkpoints, and the C3 Companion App to embed C3 inside the real cadence of a leader's workweek.
